The Adventure Backpack is a limited-edition, handcrafted leather backpack produced in Switzerland in collaboration with the luxury watchmaking maison Vacheron Constantin.

Conceived as a picnic backpack for travel, outdoor rituals, and shared moments, the project reflects a shifting understanding of luxury: one defined less by possession than by the creation of meaningful experiences. Inspired by adventure and the pleasure of being outdoors, the backpack proposes an object that becomes valuable through use, memory, and time spent together.

Its composition of skin-tone leather and rattan evokes the lightness and freshness of the first warm days of the year, while grounding the piece in a language of craft, material refinement, and everyday ceremony.

The project was developed for Arts & Crafts & Design: Time according to ECAL & Swiss Craftsmen, an exhibition presented by Vacheron Constantin during Milan Design Week 2015 and curated by Studio Formafantasma. It was realised in collaboration with Swiss saddler Patricia Rochat.
